CHECK IN

All campers will check in at the stadium if a temporary pass to drive onto the Naval Academy is needed. If your balance has been confirmed in writing as paid in full and you do not need a pass to drive onto the Yard, you may go directly to Lejeune Hall. Lejeune Hall is located directly across the street from the visitor’s center and is also the first building on your left after entering through Gate 1 of the US Naval Academy. Please go to Lejeune Hall prior to checking into your room. Coaches and camp staff will be located on the pool deck ready to assist you with the rest of the check-in process.

To recap, there are two stops for checking in; Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium (NMCNS) & Lejeune Hall. NMCMS can be by-passed if you have no outstanding balances and have current Department of Defense stickers on your vehicle. If you require a temporary pass to drive onto the Yard, then you must stop at NMCMS.

CHECK OUT

All campers are ready for pick up at 1200 on the final day. To drive onto the Yard, you will need a temporary parking pass which may be obtained at registration on day one. If you have current Department of Defense stickers, you will not need a temporary pass to drive onto the Yard. IMPORTANT: Please let us know well in advance if a separate person will be picking up your camper who does not expect to receive a temporary pass on day one of camp at registration.
